Just learn to safely disassemble the consoles, clean out components, replace components as needed, and rebuild them back into perfectly functional devices built to last and play your favorite games for years to come. It will save you lots of money in comparison to purchasing stuff from DK Oldies.

I was onboard with this game from the time it came out on console. Never touched it on PC. The gameplay, gunplay, the map deterioration, team respawn/revive aspect, and if we’re being honest the map design and verticality are all reasons I loved this game.

Finding a server over 10mins of wait time seems like a PC thing cause I never experienced that long a of a wait time on Xbox. I miss this game so much. I hope they release some news within the next couple years that it’s being taken up by a different dev team but basically just booting up the servers again. Not a reboot or remaster or a reimagining for that matter. I want HYPER SCAPE back exactly how it was, except with a team that will actually take the time to make good content and story for the players/community.

The price are probably high due to a overhead they gotta pay and maybe the place they are renting if they are renting that space. Employees to pay to fill out the orders and ship them and clean the console and put stuff where they need to go. Unlike someone selling on eBay at their house or small business. I don’t know. I think oldies should have two options when buying from them. A cheaper option for those who want to buy a console or handheld as is and a higher price for those people who want their console refurbished and such. So people don’t think they are being scam or rip off by paying more money for something that wasn’t refurbished or cleaned

I think some context for those chances is needed. If you’ve played Team Fortress 2, the chance needed for getting JUST A 3 STAR is the same chance in Team Fortress 2 to get an unusual. The most prestigious items in the game say for the Golden Frying pan. Who’s drop chance has never been pinned down, mind you, but it’s about the same as a 5 star. So for the same price and probably similar amounts of grinding as an item that will make you a god an entire player base and is so rare the game literally tells EVERYONE PLAYING AT THAT MOMENT you got a golden pan, you can get what’s effectively a pretty good stat boost that’s stuck to one character. Or for the same chance to get an item that’ll make you the envy of an entire server and regularly can sell for hundreds of dollars, you can get a middling item that’ll become useless within the hour. Great. I hate modern gaming and I hate gambling.

On the hand holding and not letting the player figure out things on their own. This must have improve in one of the patches. I played trough section you showed and did not get this annoying solutions. There are still some hints but less intrusive. The one with being on fire is still there but now Arteus says “I think he knows that”.

And in the present, where more people are complaining about 5v5, the game can't possibly change to 6v6 because that would be an admission that this game isn't a sequel.

Looking back at the video and the other intel that was not mentioned I think I can summon up why PVE was cancelled in a simple way Diablo Immortal (A game no one cared about) came out around 2020/2021 and that game made like $2 Million a day which made the higher ups at blizzard think that the PVE mode wouldn’t make that much money. So yes it was because of money and they decided to cancel the mode late 2021 (1 year before pvp was rereleased) and told no one for 2 years because they wanted people to spend money blindly before being pissed off. Blizzard certainly did know how to to manipulate everyone and this is like the biggest fuck up I’ve seen from them yet Quick Edit Note: Maybe this is also why Jeff Kaplan left blizzard because they chose to erase his creative vision for Overwatch and he couldn’t do anything about it
